Multi-temperature all-round heat conversion energy storage system
The system integrates (1) direct expansion and (2) liquid-solid two-phase energy storage systems, which include a direct expansion refrigerant system unit, a liquid-solid cold energy storage unit, and a plurality of connecting pipelines for connecting components. This system can effectively supply/storage energy, combined with the green energy system, can greatly reduce Teclast's peak load demand and operating costs.
This system is the fourth-generation innovative technology of total thermal conversion, focusing on the integration of multi-temperature layers and the standardized specification design of the total thermal energy storage system.
Key technology comparison
Break through the myth that conventional energy storage systems can only be used for large-scale refrigerated storage systems, and can be designed according to the needs of large and small places or mobile storage, such as: refrigerated logistics trucks.
The direct expansion energy supply/storage method completely solves the corrosion problem of the energy storage unit caused by the use of brine in the conventional energy storage system and effectively improves the operating efficiency.
The multi-temperature layer co-construction design can supply freezing, refrigeration, hot water, air conditioning, and agricultural facility cooling systems at the same time.
